My pleasure to share the recipe but love to hear your response after trying the recipe. Please let me know at hanrais@gmail.com

Ingredients
  • chicken (cut into twos or fours) or  meat (tulang & daging teltel)
  • all kinds of mushroom (dried, fresh and canned - button, shitake, enochi, etc) - the dried ones is a must -
  • Onion, Garlic, ginger, black pepper & paprika
  • oyster sauce, soy sauce (kicap manis), dark soy sauce - (marinate with the beef/chicken for 15 minute)
  • water & 1/2 cup Flour
  • Veggies: Broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrot, tomatoes, bell pepper (traffic light colors),zucinni,
  • Brown sugar & salt to taste
  1. slow cook 4-6 hours
  2. If not using slow cooker, rice cooker will do (leave the lid open), or on stove
  3. The long hours of slow cooking  will make the meat tender, long hours makes the chicken broken into long shredded pieces.
  4. Serve hot with sliced French bread
  5. this is not a good one..will post a better pix if I can find it it from my laptop
